Terms and Conditions 2024/25

By booking a class or treatment you are agreeing to the T&Cs set out below
1.    Hayley Nation-Smith Qualifications:
297 hours of training – RYT 200hr, Pre & Postnatal, Baby Yoga & Massage 90hr and The Alchemy of Touch 7hr 
2.    Public Liability Insurance:

5.    Refund Policy:
Classes and Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable upon booking. 
If Hayley has to cancel a class clients will be offered a discount code of the full cancelled class price to use against a future class in the first instance, and a full monetary refund only if requested by client. The discount code must be used within six months. 

6.    Health Conditions and Injuries:
The client takes full responsibility for their body and health. The client will stop any yoga or treatment immediately that causes pain or doesn’t feel right with them. The client knows their body best and will always listen to it. 
It is the client’s full responsibility to keep Hayley up to date with any health conditions or injuries that may affect their yoga practice. 

7.    Use of Essential Oils & Neals Yard Remedies Organic:
A variety of organic essential oils will be diffused during classes. NYRO products will be used during treatments. They are organic and ethically & sustainably sourced. 
Please inform Hayley of any allergies before attending.

8.    Mum and Baby/Child Yoga:
Babies and Children remain the sole responsibility of their parent during the duration of the class, and must be supervised as such. 
If a baby or child is ill, the parent must look at the Government’s ‘Can my child attend school?’ document and use this to inform whether class can be attended or not. 

9.    Corporate Bookings
A deposit of a third of the overall cost of the session will be taken upon booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
