Hayley is a pre and postnatal yoga specialist and mum of three. After experiencing postnatal anxiety, Hayley combined her degree in psychology, yoga skills and personal experience to create yoga for mums mental health & wellbeing.
Ellen is a yoga teacher, mental health nurse and holistic therapist. Having recently completed her masters in Mindfulness, you can trust Ellen's unwavering centeredness to guide you deeper into the moment.
