Mindful Frankincense Facial

Come and experience how easy it is to slip mindfulness into your daily routine with this mindful Frankincense facial. Frankincense has been used for centuries for its meditative and calming properties.

Hayley will combine her yoga skills with Neals Yard skincare to create a gorgeous & relaxing facial experience. 

 

You will receive a Pamper Pack in the post before the event. 

Slow Down Sunday

Sunday 15th May | 9.45 - 11.15am | Littleton Memorial Hall | £15

Come and spend your Sunday morning moving slowly and mindfully through some delicious yoga flows, delighting in the postures and the present moment. 

We will take our time to wake up and settle with mindful breathing techniques. We will end with a dark chocolate meditation.
