Hayley’s classes include flowing active asana practice, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation time at the end of class. Hayley's classes take you on a journey back to your true essence, releasing physical tension and emotional stress.

Hayley welcomes children of all ages along to this postnatal yoga class, with toys, activities and private soft play area available for older children.
Don't let the baby crawling or having an older sibling in tow hold you back from your precious postnatal yoga!
New Moon Yoga Circles
Hayley's New Moon Yoga Circles will be held on the week of the new moon each month, and will include a welcoming breathwork to bring the group together, gentle yoga movement to release and nourish, a guided visualisation, an opportunity to share, a nourishing activity (self massage, restorative yoga, a reading, journaling, etc), a closing meditation.

Enjoy an hour of complete comfort and relaxation with restorative yoga.
We use a whole range of props, such as pillows and cushions, to support the body to completely let go in longer held postures. We have gorgeous music, nourishing essential oils and, if you consent, hands on assist and massage. We finish the hour with a longer guided relaxation/yoga nidra.

Hi, I'm Hayley - Busy mum of three, mocha lover and Yogi of over thirteen years.
As many others, my yoga journey started with an interest in the physical asanas, but very quickly developed into an exploration of mental health and spirituality. Yoga has allowed me to cope with generalised anxiety disorder and post natal depression. It has seen me through three pregnancies and post natal recoveries.
Yoga gives me light on the darkest days. It allows me to show up to each day with love and compassion. It has connected me with an inner truth that I didn't know existed. I am passionate about sharing this gift with others, particularly with women and those on their journey into and within motherhood.
