Hi Yogi's, I'm Hayley - Mama of two + stepdaughter (and pregnant with third!), female & mama advocate, mocha lover, cat mum, Neals Yard Remedies Consultant and Yogi of over twelve years. I have Registered Yoga Teacher status, completing the 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training with David Michel Yoga and 90-hour Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher training with Baby Yoga and Massage with the renowned Katy Appleton for Apple Studio London.
As many others, my yoga journey started with an interest in the physical asanas, but very quickly developed into an exploration of mental health and spirituality. Yoga has allowed me to cope with generalised anxiety disorder and post natal depression. It has seen me through two pregnancies and post natal recoveries.
Yoga gives me light on the darkest days. It allows me to show up to each day with love and compassion. It has connected me with an inner quiet and truth that I didn't know existed. I am passionate about sharing this gift with others.
My ethos is one of openness, support and friendship. Relationships with others are extremely important to our well-being, and I foster classes where the students in the room feel safe and supported by myself and the other students. This is particularly important in my pre and post natal classes, where we can create the village of female support that mothers are so often missing nowadays.
Hayley’s classes are traditional hatha classes that include flowing active asana practice, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation time at the end of class. Hayley's classes take you on a journey back to your true essence, releasing physical tension and emotional stress.

Mama & Baby massage & yoga:
A unique & fun class which combines baby massage, baby yoga and post-natal yoga. Enjoy bonding with your baby whilst supporting your own physical recovery
An evening post-natal yoga class which focuses on pelvic floor health, core muscle reintegration and time to rest and restore
